Dirt Crew Operator
Ability to read prints and perform work to spec. Set rough and final grade. Ability to run dozer, grader, backhoe, skidsteer, CTL, etc… safely and efficiently. Use transit to check and set elevations 5 years experience required. Competitive pay – Experience based. Endorsements and/or certifications a plus.
Asphalt Paving General Laborer
No experience is necessary for asphalt workers—we’ll train you! The only requirement is a dedicated worker who is available to work long days and most occasional weekends. This job requires a reliable, drug-free worker who is upbeat and punctual. Paving jobs largely depend on the weather, so hours vary dependent on weather.
Concrete Finisher
Concrete finishers must have at least two years prior experience in concrete finishing (with more being optimal) and must also have some prior machine experience. Candidates must also have a chauffeur or CDL license and a clean driving record (no DUIs). Concrete jobs largely depend on the weather, so hours vary depending on weather
Driver
Driver jobs require the use of air brake trucks and trailers with magnetic brakes. Duties include hauling everything from equipment to debris, soil, stone, and yard stock. This job requires the ability to work long hours (potentially 50-70 hours per week), the ability to plan out routes according to a schedule and timeline, and a valid MI/CDL A Driver’s License and DOT medical card. Additionally, the driver must have a clean driving record and safe driving skills. All jobs are local and you’ll be able to return home at night.
