Our Story and Roots
Founded by Oxford High School graduates, Mark and Ryan Austin, BSI Paving grew from humble beginnings into a trusted regional expert. Over the last 30+ years, our steadfast commitment to craftsmanship and customer relationships has fueled steady growth—and enabled us to expand from sealcoating into full-scale asphalt, concrete, and site services.
